My recent stay at Shanhai-Blues exceeded all my high expectations, making it one of the most nice experiences of my travels. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the welcoming sitting area, which provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of landscape photography. I was particularly grateful for the thoughtful touch of free toiletries, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. In a good twist, the staff even took the time to help me locate a lost barrette, showcasing their really good customer service and dedication to guest satisfaction. The heating in the room was perfect, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during the chilly evenings, while the flat-screen TV provided a wonderful way to relax after a long day exploring. I left Shanhai-Blues feeling rejuvenated and genuinely cared for, and I cannot recommend this charming hotel highly enough.
